Clarinbridge Tidy Towns Home
Clarinbridge Tidy Towns (CTT) is made up of a a team of volunteers who wish to enhance our local area. Volunteers work to enhance the environmental, social, and economic vitality of their
local areas. Moving far beyond simple litter cleanup, there is a focus
on comprehensive community development and sustainable living.
History of Clarinbridge Tidy Towns
CTT was formed in 1978 as part of the Clarinbridge Development Association, by Mary Keane (RIP). Mary gathered a team of volunteers around her and the group has gone from strength to strength winning 3 tidy town awards in 2026:
- 3rd overall in Galway County
- County Commended Award
- Silver Medal in recognition of a massive leap forward compared to prior performance.
